memories aren’t the best source of inspiration (as they are a fleeted sensation)
what we really remember has actually changed
colored rooms and phased out moons deranged
celebrity stained autographs
devilishly strained paragraphs
forgotten in drafts
outsourced in geometrical graphs
Ha!
laughs resumed; although the jokes assumed
were not even funny
like a garnish of mint & honey
or when the landscape appears too sunny
‘fresh’ doesn’t cut it close to illustrate; just how well the flavor & mood can captivate!
in the past day – i chose to no longer segue
but to pray in spite of the disarray:
this very large planet has particles that are very little
supernova bound to surprise us in the middle!
my hands are out here eating with candy pencils
stencils are writing with sugar as ink
too permanent & sticky to think
& too marked up to link
but when the program of my mood board suggests – that i cruise, unless further floored- i am soon put shamefully to the test:
but – i’ll transform to both, the insomniac & the one who gets proper rest!
